Status discipline
Four labels prevent one expensive assumption.
Agreement counts change depending on whether a source includes preferential agreements, partner blocs or deals that are not yet legally active. Sartha publishes the status and the counting method instead of relying on one promotional total.
Signed, pending
The text is signed but not yet in force. We do not present its future benefits as available today.
Concluded, not signed
Negotiations have concluded, while signature, ratification or final legal procedures remain outstanding.
Under negotiation
A potential future corridor. Any commercial effect is treated as a scenario, not current market access.
What a route review tests
Evidence is connected to the decision it needs to support.
Agreement status
Effective dates, official text, implementation stage and the source that supports each claim.
Product facts
Likely classification, material, use, value, manufacturing steps and facts that can change treatment.
Origin and access
Tariff schedule, rule-of-origin questions, documentation and the specialist confirmations still required.
Commercial evidence
Trade flows, competitors, buyer or demand signals, channel fit and the limits of the available data.
Route economics
Freight, duties, fees, fulfilment and sensitivity ranges, not a margin promise based on one optimistic number.
Operating owners
Who coordinates the work and which broker, laboratory, adviser, carrier or platform owns each specialist decision.
Source hierarchy
Official records lead. Commercial sources add context.
Each dated claim should be traceable to a source. When official sources disagree or have not yet published a final instrument, the uncertainty stays visible.
Confidence labels
Confirmed, conditional or scenario.
Confirmed means a dated primary source supports the status or fact cited.
Conditional means the answer depends on classification, origin, documentation, buyer facts or specialist review.
Scenario means the agreement, rule, price or commercial outcome is not yet active or verified.
Responsibility boundary
Research narrows the decision. It does not replace the named specialist.
