1. Scope and current operator

Sartha is the public business name used by this website. The legal entity operating the site, its registered address and any required grievance or data-protection contact will be added when the contracting structure is finalised.

Questions about this notice or information you have shared can be sent to info@sartha.ai.

2. Information we may receive

If you use the trade opportunity form, email Sartha or book a meeting, you may provide your name, company, role, contact details, meeting availability and information about a proposed cross-border transaction.

If you join FTA Signal, you provide an email address, a trade-direction interest and consent to receive the newsletter. The signup time, consent-text version, privacy-notice version and current subscription status may be recorded separately from sales enquiries.

Transaction information may include the product or service, countries, customer or supplier, expected value, timing, current contract, invoice, payment or delivery route, and questions you want reviewed.

The trade opportunity form stores an unfinished draft in your browser until you submit it or clear your browser storage. Submitted details may be forwarded through Sartha's configured lead-intake provider. Our website host, website analytics and security services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, requested pages, referrer, timestamps and security logs.

Google Tag Manager is used to manage measurement tags. Analytics storage is denied by default; Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose Allow analytics. Clarity may then provide consent-based session analytics, interaction replays and aggregated heatmaps so Sartha can identify unclear or broken website journeys. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain denied in the current website configuration. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser and can be changed using Analytics choices in the footer.

  • Contact and company information you choose to provide
  • Newsletter email, trade interest, consent record and subscription status
  • Trade opportunity, meeting and scheduling information
  • Transaction facts and documents you choose to share
  • Basic page-view, referrer, device and security information generated by website infrastructure, subject to your analytics choice

3. How we may use information

We may use information to respond to an inquiry, schedule a meeting, understand a proposed transaction, prepare a scope or proposal, coordinate an approved provider handoff, understand which public pages are useful, maintain records, protect the website and comply with applicable obligations.

We use FTA Signal signup information to send the newsletter and manage subscription preferences. Newsletter subscribers are not automatically enrolled in cold sales outreach.

We will not use a transaction document to appoint Sartha or any provider to a regulated role. Appointment and responsibility require a separate written agreement.

4. When information may be shared

Information may be processed by vendors that support the product enquiry form, email, calendar booking, website hosting, analytics, tag management, document storage and security. This currently includes Google and Microsoft for consent-based website analytics. If a transaction requires a professional or regulated provider, information should be shared with that provider only for an agreed purpose and with an appropriate confidentiality or data-processing basis.

Sartha does not sell personal information and does not share it with third parties for their independent advertising.

5. Legal basis and cross-border processing

The basis for processing depends on the applicable law and context. It may include responding to your request, taking steps before a contract, consent, legitimate business and security interests, or compliance with legal obligations.

Email, hosting, calendar and provider systems may process information in countries other than your own. Appropriate contractual and operational safeguards should be confirmed as these systems and the Sartha legal entity are finalised.

6. Retention and security

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, transaction, contractual record, dispute, security or legal requirement. A minimal suppression record may be retained after an unsubscribe request so the address is not added again accidentally. A final retention schedule will be published after the operating systems and entity obligations are confirmed.

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but ordinary email is not a secure document room. Do not send passwords, payment-card data or bank login credentials. Ask for an approved secure channel before sending sensitive commercial, identity, tax or banking documents.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, unsubscribe from FTA Signal, or request a copy of information you provided. These rights may be subject to legal and contractual exceptions.

Use Analytics choices in the website footer to allow or reject Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity at any time. Send other requests to info@sartha.ai. We may need to verify your identity and the company or transaction involved before acting.

8. Children, changes and contact

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We may update this notice when forms, analytics, booking tools, providers, the contracting entity or legal requirements change.

The current version will remain available on this page. Contact info@sartha.ai with privacy questions.
