1. Scope and current operator

Sartha is the public business name used by this website. The legal entity operating the site, its registered address and any required grievance or data-protection contact will be added when the contracting structure is finalised.

Questions about this notice or information you have shared can be sent to hello@sartha.ai.

2. Information we may receive

If you email Sartha or book a meeting, you may provide your name, company, role, contact details, meeting availability and information about a proposed cross-border transaction.

Transaction information may include the product or service, countries, customer or supplier, expected value, timing, current contract, invoice, payment or delivery route, and questions you want reviewed.

Our website host and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. Sartha does not currently use an on-site lead form, analytics or advertising cookies.

  • Contact and company information you choose to provide
  • Meeting and scheduling information
  • Transaction facts and documents you choose to share
  • Basic technical and security logs generated by website infrastructure

3. How we may use information

We may use information to respond to an inquiry, schedule a meeting, understand a proposed transaction, prepare a scope or proposal, coordinate an approved provider handoff, maintain records, protect the website and comply with applicable obligations.

We will not use a transaction document to appoint Sartha or any provider to a regulated role. Appointment and responsibility require a separate written agreement.

4. When information may be shared

Information may be processed by vendors that support email, calendar booking, website hosting, document storage and security. If a transaction requires a professional or regulated provider, information should be shared with that provider only for an agreed purpose and with an appropriate confidentiality or data-processing basis.

Sartha does not sell personal information and does not share it with third parties for their independent advertising.

5. Legal basis and cross-border processing

The basis for processing depends on the applicable law and context. It may include responding to your request, taking steps before a contract, consent, legitimate business and security interests, or compliance with legal obligations.

Email, hosting, calendar and provider systems may process information in countries other than your own. Appropriate contractual and operational safeguards should be confirmed as these systems and the Sartha legal entity are finalised.

6. Retention and security

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, transaction, contractual record, dispute, security or legal requirement. A final retention schedule will be published after the operating systems and entity obligations are confirmed.

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but ordinary email is not a secure document room. Do not send passwords, payment-card data or bank login credentials. Ask for an approved secure channel before sending sensitive commercial, identity, tax or banking documents.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or request a copy of information you provided. These rights may be subject to legal and contractual exceptions.

Send requests to hello@sartha.ai. We may need to verify your identity and the company or transaction involved before acting.

8. Children, changes and contact

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We may update this notice when forms, analytics, booking tools, providers, the contracting entity or legal requirements change.

The current version will remain available on this page. Contact hello@sartha.ai with privacy questions.
